A day of excitement and fear!!!

I have been waiting for this day since 2 years.
Actually this article is related to my career.
It all started 2 years ago i.e. 2019.......
Though I have achieved many fitness certifications in my life, but my eyes were later set on getting an international fitness certification.
Thats when I started searching about international certifications and I realised that they explain fitness science very deeply.
Then a fitness friend of mine advised me that if you want to understand fitness science deeply, then you should take ACE course i.e. American Council on Exercise.
Somehow I could not pay much attention to ACE but I asked my elder brother to do ACE course because he also wanted to understand fitness science.
Then he enrolled in an institute to study ACE.
Whenever he used to revise his notes at home, I often used to study with him.
Days were passing and I was gradually getting a little more curious and serious.
My brother had completed his studies and was able to clear the ACE exam which is not so easy to pass.
Well let me tell you that my elder brother is now ACE certified fitness professional.
So as I shared above that I was getting curious and certainly serious about ACE therefore by 2020 I completed my ACE studies.
But the year 2020 turned out to be a disaster for the entire world and we all fell prey to Covid 19. Due to covid and subsequent lockdowns I had to face many difficulties in taking the exam. But I persevered and kept my patience intact and decided to take up the exam in 2021 i.e. this year no matter what.
And finally the day arrived!!!!!
1st July 2021, yes the day of great excitement and fear for me.
But I was confident about my preparation and I had this inner voice telling me that I would clear the ACE exam.
And finally I 'aced my ACE exam' and got my International Certification!!!!
Now I am an international fitness trainer and I am eligible to enter into a new space of worldly exposure and widen my horizon. I can learn and bring novelty in our country as well.
I want to thank my elder brother who taught me. My heartfelt gratitude for him.

उत्साह और भय का दिन !!!
मैं 2 साल से इस दिन का इंतजार कर रहा हूं।
दरअसल यह लेख मेरे करियर से जुड़ा है।
यह सब 2 साल पहले यानी 2019 से शुरू हुआ था।
हालांकि मैंने अपने जीवन में कई फिटनेस प्रमाणपत्र हासिल किए हैं, लेकिन मेरी नजरें बाद में अंतरराष्ट्रीय फिटनेस प्रमाणन प्राप्त करने पर टिकी थीं।
जब मैंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रमाणपत्रों के बारे में खोजना शुरू किया और मैंने महसूस किया कि वे फिटनेस विज्ञान को बहुत गहराई से समझाते हैं।
तभी मेरे एक फिटनेस दोस्त ने मुझे सलाह दी कि अगर आप फिटनेस साइंस को गहराई से समझना चाहते हैं तो आप एसीई कोर्स यानी अमेरिकन काउंसिल ऑन एक्सरसाइज करें।
किसी तरह मैं ACE पर ज्यादा ध्यान नहीं दे सका लेकिन मैंने अपने बड़े भाई को ACE कोर्स करने के लिए कहा क्योंकि वह भी फिटनेस साइंस को समझना चाहता था।
फिर उन्होंने ACE की पढ़ाई के लिए एक संस्थान में दाखिला लिया।
जब भी वह घर पर अपने नोट्स को रिवाइज करता था, तो मैं अक्सर उसके साथ पढ़ाई करता था।
दिन बीत रहे थे और मैं धीरे-धीरे कुछ ज्यादा ही जिज्ञासु और गंभीर होता जा रहा था।
मेरे भाई ने अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी कर ली थी और एसीई परीक्षा पास करने में सक्षम था जिसे पास करना इतना आसान नहीं है।
वैसे मैं आपको बता दूं कि मेरा बड़ा भाई अब एसीई सर्टिफाइड फिटनेस प्रोफेशनल है।
इसलिए जैसा कि मैंने ऊपर बताया कि मैं ACE के बारे में उत्सुक और निश्चित रूप से गंभीर हो रहा था इसलिए 2020 तक मैंने अपनी ACE की पढ़ाई पूरी कर ली।
लेकिन साल 2020 पूरी दुनिया के लिए एक आपदा साबित हुआ और हम सब कोविड 19 के शिकार हो गए। कोविड और उसके बाद लगे लॉकडाउन के कारण मुझे परीक्षा देने में काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा। लेकिन मैंने डटे रहे और अपना धैर्य बरकरार रखा और 2021 में यानी इस साल परीक्षा देने का फैसला किया, चाहे कुछ भी हो जाए।
और आखिरकार वो दिन आ ही गया !!!!!
1 जुलाई 2021, हाँ मेरे लिए बड़े उत्साह और भय का दिन।
लेकिन मैं अपनी तैयारी को लेकर आश्वस्त था और मेरे अंदर यह आवाज थी कि मैं एसीई परीक्षा पास कर लूंगा।
और अंत में मैंने 'मेरी एसीई परीक्षा में सफलता प्राप्त की' और अपना अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रमाणन प्राप्त किया !!!!
अब मैं एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय फिटनेस ट्रेनर हूं और मैं सांसारिक एक्सपोजर के एक नए स्थान में प्रवेश करने और अपने क्षितिज का विस्तार करने के योग्य हूं। मैं सीख सकता हूं और अपने देश में नवीनता भी ला सकता हूं।
मैं अपने बड़े भाई को धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं जिन्होंने मुझे सिखाया। उसके प्रति मेरा हृदय से आभार।
